Checklist for returns:

  • Be sure to enclose the complaint number with the return! Without this information, it will not be possible to process your return quickly.
  • Always return items including all accessories and in the original product packaging. Use suitable shipping packaging (the product packaging is not shipping packaging!!!).
  • Returns must be sent carriage paid. We generally do not accept carriage forward shipments!
  • The restocking costs are set at a flat rate of 15% of the net value of the goods.

  • Spare parts
  • Customised products
