Why do I not see any prices?
Prices are visible only for registered customers after login.
How can I order the products?
Our offer is directed exclusively to commercial customers. After successful registration you can order our products.
How does the registration process work?
In addition to general information such as place of residence and email address, we also require proof of trade. Your registration will be manually checked by us and usually approved within 24 hours. Afterwards you can place your orders without restrictions via our store.
Can I register as a private person?
No, unfortunately not. Our offer is directed only to commercial customers.
Are deliveries possible outside Germany?
Yes, we generally deliver to any country, provided there are no legal reasons, embargoes or other trade restrictions against it.
When will I receive my goods?
We usually ship orders within 24 hours. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you about the expected delay or ask if you want a partial delivery. Depending on the shipping service provider, delivery within Germany takes another 1-2 working days.
Which shipping service providers are used?
We ship our packages by GLS, DHL & shipping company.
