Description
The ultrasonic leak detector makes it easy to fi nd leak points quickly and reliably, e. g. on bonded glasses. The set includes an ultrasonic transmitter, a receiver and headphones. Requires two 9 V batteries (not included).
Note:This device is operating with ultrasonic waves. Even smallest leaks can be indicated very reliably. But leaks on bonded vehicle glazings can only be found on dry vehicles! If the vehicle to test is wet you must first let it dry completely before you can use this leak detector to identify a leak on the adhesive bead. Also the glasses edge respectively the pinchweld must not be covered by any trims and mouldings. These parts will also hinder the ultrasonic waves and make it therefore impossible to find any leaks underneath.
