The GECKO repair system is the highly automated and user-friendly solution for perfect stone chip repairs.
All work steps are integrated into an automatic program. The process reliability realized in this way enables every employee to carry out a repair effortlessly and without errors.
A 5.0-inch colour display guides the operator and keeps them constantly informed about the progress of the repair. Even untrained personnel will be able to repair a stone chip after a short time.
The ProGlass GECKO enables a saving of 20 minutes of active working time on the vehicle with continuously optimal repair results.
The repair base operates with a two-chamber pressure/vacuum system.
The outer chamber holds the repair base securely on the pane surface with a permanent vacuum.
Via the inner chamber, the stone chip is vacuumed, the resin is filled in and pressurized with negative and positive pressure in several cycles.
The UV lamp with high-power LEDs then completely cures the repair in just 45 seconds.
